About the role Full time permanent position (we would also consider part time) based at any of the following office locations, North Ryde NSW, Milton QLD, or Parkville VIC. Reporting to the Fundraising Manager Retention and Growth you will be responsible for: Managing all data requests for the fundraising team, segmenting and pulling data lists for fundraising campaigns and supporter retention activities across multiple channels Coordinating the collection, importation and integration of data from various sources including website, digital platforms, offline and third parties Managing data hygiene including record updates, duplicates and data cleansing with a proactive approach, including queries to identify clean-up requirements, system issues or training gaps for the team Delivering Raisers Edge NXT training to end users, developing and maintaining user guides Providing ongoing process improvements to meet Dementia Australia’s fundraising database requirements and staying on top of system upgrades and implications Acting as the contact point for user queries and issues relating to Raisers Edge NXT Maintaining code tables, fields and templates within Raisers Edge NXT in accordance with procedures and to meet business needs Ensuring all donor records are updated in relation to privacy, consent and preferences Supporting with ad-hoc reporting and data requests from internal stakeholders What is in it for you? About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following: Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Fundraising, IT or relevant discipline Minimum two years of experience using a CRM in a similar role Experience with Fundraising CRMs advantageous (ideally Raiser Edge NXT) Experience with data importing and integrations between platforms & CRM An understanding and experience with data integrity, data hygiene and system processes Experience extracting and preparing segmented data files for mail and digital campaign activities Our culture statements We are aligned in our Purpose We lead with our Head and Heart We work together Collaboratively About us Dementia Australia is the national peak body and source of trusted information, education and services for the more than 433,300 Australians living with dementia, and the more than 1.7 million people involved in their care.
