Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing business plans for existing key accounts, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing account performance, strategizing to meet sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management and Key Accounts handling
- Strong Analytical Skills for performance analysis and business planning
- Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite team environment
