Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and expand our digital marketing portfolio. This leader will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, forging client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media management, and web development. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven track record in selling complex digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy:


Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the digital marketing portfolio. Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base by reaching new markets. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, consistently working to build a robust sales pipeline.


Client Relationship Management:


Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, understanding their digital marketing needs and challenges. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction to promote repeat business and referrals.


Team Leadership & Collaboration:


Collaborate with digital marketing, content, and creative teams to craft tailored marketing solutions for clients. Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of digital marketing solutions.


Market Analysis & Strategy Development:


Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Keep abreast of industry developments and apply insights to drive innovation in our service offerings. Develop and refine pricing strategies, proposals, and pitches to maximize win rates.


Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:


Track and analyze sales metrics, preparing detailed performance reports for senior management. Utilize CRM and sales tools to optimize the sales process, enhance lead management, and ensure data accuracy.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 3 years in a digital marketing-focused role.

• Proven success in selling digital marketing services in the US, UK, or Australian markets, with a deep understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and analytics.

• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deals.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.
