Role Overview:- As the City Business Head, you are the CEO of your city owning end to end P&L, investment wallet growth, team & channel performance.- This is a hands-on, field-first role focused on direct customer acquisition, partner development (IFAs/DSAs/MFDs/wealth advisors), team building, and process-driven execution.- What Great Looks Like (KPIs you'll be measured on).- FD Volume (- ) & #FDs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals.- Bond Volume (- ) & #Bonds booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals.- Mutual Fund Volume (- ) & #MFs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/retention.- Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate.- Active & productive partners, partner activation to productivity ramp.- Team productivity per rep, activity/visit metrics, adherence to beats.- CAC & city unit economics, marketing ROI, incentive efficiency.- Customer NPS. Must-Have Qualifications:- 5+ years in City/Branch-level Sales/BD in Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you're applying for).- Proven direct sales to retail/affluent customers and channel sales via IFAs/DSAs/partners.- Managed a 5-10 member field team for - 2 years with hard targets and reviews.- Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution.- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).- Fluency in English + local language. Skills & Traits We Value:- Hunter mindset with high ownership; thrives in the field (70 80% on ground).- Process first operator: plans beats, tracks inputs, inspects what they expect.- Excellent negotiation, closing, and partner management skills.- Data-driven; strong Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with CRM tools.- High integrity, compliant by default; clear written & verbal communication.- Flexibility to run weekend drives/events when needed. Operating Rhythm (Example).- Daily: stand-ups, beat execution, partner/customer meetings, CRM updates.- Weekly: pipeline reviews, partner performance, team coaching, field immersions.- Monthly/Quarterly: city plan reviews, P&L & ROI review, hiring/backfills, city campaigns.
