About Us: Vigocare is a healthcare technology company founded in 2018 in Hyderabad and head quartered in Singapore. The company mission is to take clinical grade monitoring and care delivery beyond the physical boundaries of a hospital setting. The company currently operates in India and Australia markets with plans to expand globally. Vigos technology platform is distinguished by its capability to deliver Clinical grade Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions across a variety of disease conditions spanning multiple specializations. The company is founded and managed by Dr Sekhar Chennupati and Akkiraju Bhattiprolu, seasoned entrepreneurs with varied experiences across healthcare and technology sectors. Business Model: Adopting a medical Software as a Service (SaaS) model, Vigo collaborates with healthcare providers, enable them with tools and technology to monitor patient vitals. The doctors are the key prescribers of the service to their patients and hence directly influence the revenue of Vigocare. Vigo solutions are used by 1300+ doctors and 40 hospitals across India and Australia. About 40,000+ patients are monitored for over 1million hours on our Remote Patient monitoring technology platform.

Position Summary:

The City Head is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of city operations and services. This role involves overseeing various departments, implementing city policies, managing budgets, and ensuring the effective delivery of services to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution: 1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve city goals and objectives.

  1. Collaborate with elected officials, stakeholders, and community members to identify priorities and address key issues.

Operational Management: 1. Oversee day-to-day operations of city departments and ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

  1. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Budget and Financial Management: 1. Prepare and manage the city budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately.

  1. Review financial reports and ensure fiscal responsibility

. Policy Development and Implementation: 1. Develop and recommend policies and procedures to enhance city operations.

  1. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Public Relations and Communication: 1. Act as the primary liaison between the city government and the public.

  1. Address community concerns and communicate city initiatives and updates effectively.

Human Resources Management: 1. Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of city staff.

  1. Foster a positive work environment and ensure staff development.

Crisis Management: 1. Respond to and manage emergency situations and crises.

  1. Develop and implement emergency response plans.

Project Management: 1. Lead and manage key city projects and initiatives.

  1. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Strong understanding of policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
  • Ability to work effectively with elected officials, community stakeholders, and the general public.
