**HomeSlice is one of Bangalore's fastest-growing hospitality brands, building a chain of homestays, hotels, and serviced apartments across prime neighborhoods. From a humble start with 2 rooms, we now operate 200+ units and are expanding aggressively.

Role: City Head – Bangalore

We're looking for a proven leader to head our Bangalore operations. This is a high-ownership leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving growth, supply, and operations across the city.

Key Responsibilities:


• Sales Leadership: Crack corporate partnerships, B2B tie-ups, and generate direct revenue.


• Supply Expansion: Onboard hotels, serviced apartments, and boutique stays into the HomeSlice network.


• Operations Ownership: Manage P&L, guest experience, and on-ground execution.


• Team Building: Hire, train, and inspire a city team to scale quickly and deliver consistently.

Relevant Experience:


• 5–10 years in hospitality, co-living, travel startups, or real estate.


• Strong background in hotel onboarding, sales expansion, or city/cluster management.


• Proven ability in P&L management and operational leadership.


• Relationships in the Bangalore hospitality/corporate ecosystem will be a big advantage.
