Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Executive and Assistant Sales Manager at Casafy Realty LLP in Navi Mumbai. The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, developing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, conducting market research, and closing sales deals. They will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

As a Sr. Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager


• Drive residential property sales and meet monthly revenue targets


• Consult and convert HNI clients with personalized service


• Handle digital inquiries and guide buyers through our offerings


• Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users


• Negotiate deals and advise clients on market trends and pricing


• Collaborate with our CRM team for seamless post-sales service

What We're Looking For


• 1–6 years of hardcore sales experience (real estate preferred)


• Strong communication & presentation skills


• Experience with HNI clients


• Positive attitude and hunger for success


• Own a bike with valid documents
