Job Title: Senior Transformation Executive

Description:

The Senior Transformation Executive will oversee the strategic and operational transformation of our business in North America, the UK, and Australia. This role will drive modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption, while fostering deep partnerships with internal stakeholders including Solutions, Delivery, Underwriting, Claims, Technology, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team responsible for driving process excellence (PEX) and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.
  • Oversee the identification, prioritization, and delivery of CI, Automation, AI, Data analytics opportunities across internal operations, customer-facing functions.
  • Establish governance frameworks, execution roadmaps, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of operational discipline, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across geographies.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within Insurance Industry preferably P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and insurance specific knowledge (e.g., AINS, CIP)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and insurance-specific data models.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing global teams.
