Job Overview:
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in US Staffing to join our team.
- In this role, you will focus on expanding our client base within the US market, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by providing tailored staffing solutions.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the US staffing industry, including knowledge of recruitment processes, immigration policies (H1B, OPT, etc.), and compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the US market, particularly those requiring contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing solutions.
- Market Penetration: Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to capture new opportunities in various industries such as IT, healthcare, engineering, and finance.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and addressing their staffing needs with tailored solutions.
- Proposal and Contract Development: Prepare and present customized staffing proposals to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood and met with high-quality candidates.
- Sales and Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets through strategic sales efforts, client relationship management, and effective negotiation.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on US staffing trends, immigration policies, and labor laws to offer the most compliant and competitive solutions to clients.
- Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to expand your professional network and represent the company in the US staffing community.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of business development experience in the US staffing industry, with a strong focus on IT or professional staffing services.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of US staffing practices, including recruitment of H1B, OPT, CPT candidates, visa processing, and compliance with US labor laws.
- Sales Track Record: Proven experience in generating leads, closing sales, and consistently achieving revenue targets in the staffing industry.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Client-Focused: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored staffing solutions that add value to their operations.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management and multitasking abilities with a commitment to achieving results and deadlines.
- CRM Tools: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and manage the sales pipeline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/ Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of US immigration policies and work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.
- Experience working with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and MSP (Managed Service Provider) models.
- An established network in the US staffing industry is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work US hours (if based outside of the US) and travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
