We are a YC and Sequoia backed series A company selling majorly in the US & India. Both our products cater to eCommerce ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Have to build and manage a team of 4-5 Sales Development Representative in ET timezone.
- Build processes & SOP for the outbound outreach.
- Deliver pipeline of $2.7M ARR every quarter from North America region
- Closely work with Marketing team and build processes around inbound leads.
- Develop a world class incentive structure, SPIF to keep the team motivated.
Qualification:
- Should have led a team of SDRs in a SAAS company selling in NAM.
- Should have delivered pipe of 1M+ consistently in quarters.
- Should have know how’s of how to keep the team motivated during night hours.
- Should be open to dial, write emails etc at IC level when team needs help.
