We are a YC and Sequoia backed series A company selling majorly in the US & India. Both our products cater to eCommerce ecosystem. 



Roles & Responsibilities:


  1. Have to build and manage a team of 4-5 Sales Development Representative in ET timezone.
  2. Build processes & SOP for the outbound outreach. 
  3. Deliver pipeline of $2.7M ARR every quarter from North America region
  4. Closely work with Marketing team and build processes around inbound leads.
  5. Develop a world class incentive structure, SPIF to keep the team motivated.



Qualification:


  1. Should have led a team of SDRs in a SAAS company selling in NAM.
  2. Should have delivered pipe of 1M+ consistently in quarters.
  3. Should have know how’s of how to keep the team motivated during night hours.
  4. Should be open to dial, write emails etc at IC level when team needs help.
