Job Overview
Shrinithi Insurance Broking is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales opportunities and developing strong relationships with our clients. Familiarity with B2B sales, a mandatory skill for this role, is expected.
Qualifications and Skills
- Mastery of B2B sales is mandatory, ensuring the ability to effectively manage business-to-business relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software to manage customer relationships and streamline sales operations efficiently.
- Competent in using Salesforce for customer data management, tracking sales activities, and generating reports.

- Experience in account management to oversee and nurture existing client relationships effectively.

- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Lead negotiations to close deals and ensure contract terms are favorable and align with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in sales processes.
- Represent Shrinithi Insurance Broking at industry events and conferences to enhance company visibility and reputation.
