Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to lead our direct sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs), achieving daily targets for visits, demos, and conversions, and ensuring effective use of CRM tools for lead tracking. This role demands strong team management capabilities, on-field leadership, and the ability to drive performance through regular training and feedback. The position is based in Chennai and covers the Chennai and the Rest of Tamil Nadu region, requiring a hands-on approach and familiarity with local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5–30 Field Sales Executives (FSEs)
  • Ensure daily visit, demo, and conversion targets are met
  • Conduct field training, ride-alongs, and provide performance feedback
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure lead tracking
  • Coordinate with agencies for local hiring if needed
  • Run weekly performance reviews and handle team incentives
  • Act as escalation point for customer/demo issues
  • Represent Booking Genie in the field with salons and local partners

Ideal Profile:

  • 5–8 years' experience in field sales (FMCG, telecom, or direct sales)
  • Prior experience managing small sales teams
  • Fluent in Tamil, English
  • Familiar with key TN cities
  • Hands-on, field-driven mindset with basic tech comfort (mobile CRM, WhatsApp, Sheets)
