We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with people, and be ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Market Research: Gather insights on competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging market trends to help shape sales strategies.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing leads and closing deals.
  • On-Ground Promotion: Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and progress reports using CRM tools or sales trackers.
  • After-Sales Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, payment follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to improve overall sales effectiveness and address customer needs efficiently.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques, customer psychology, and negotiation skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Confidence in meeting customers face-to-face and presenting products or services effectively.
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle sales targets.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory for client meetings and field activities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency with CRM tools, mobile apps, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and resilient with a drive to learn and grow in the sales field.
