Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily activities include meeting clients in person, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, identifying customer needs, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role requires proactive engagement with existing and potential customers to promote Ceasefire's range of fire and safety products.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 6 months of experience into B2B field sales & direct sales
  • Proficiency in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively
  • Ability to conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Time management skills and a detail-oriented approach to achieve sales targets
  • An understanding of fire and safety products, or a willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively coordinate with team members
  • Experience in business development or field sales is a strong advantage
  • Must have own Laptop, Bike & Driving License
