Job Overview:

We are looking for a
Field Sales Executive
to promote and sell our SaaS billing software across Chennai. The role involves meeting business owners, explaining the product features, conducting demos, and closing sales. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential clients (restaurants, retail stores, small businesses) in assigned areas to promote our billing software.
  • Understand customer needs and demonstrate how the software can benefit their business.
  • Conduct live demos of the software on-site or via mobile/laptop.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and share with the marketing and product teams.
  • Maintain proper sales records, customer data, and follow-up activities.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding for clients.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Any graduate (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or related field)
  • Experience:
    0–2 years in field sales, software sales, or B2B sales preferred
  • Good communication and presentation skills in
    Tamil and English
  • Should own a
    smartphone
    and
    two-wheeler
    for field visits
  • Basic understanding of billing, POS, or SaaS products is an advantage
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
