Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Field Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, meeting with potential clients, and fostering strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer records, and staying updated on industry trends. The role also involves collaborating with the internal team to deliver tailored solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills for identifying client needs
  • Organizational and time management skills for managing client interactions and reporting
  • Knowledge of market trends and adaptability to a dynamic sales environment
  • Previous experience in field sales or a similar role is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
