Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Field Sales person located in Chennai. You will be responsible for conducting field visits, collecting data, and accurately entering information into systems for analysis and reporting.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven
Field Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in person, promoting company products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits.
- Meet prospective clients, deliver product presentations, and understand requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales reports, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales or similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field (preferred).
