Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and expanding existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, creating sales reports and forecasts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Familiarity with the drone industry and technology is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Capability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
