Designation: Manager - OTA Revenue & Distribution.

Role: Revenue Management OTA channels.

# of Requirement: 3.

Experience: 3- 5 years in OTA management (MMT, Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.)

Location: Dadar, Mumbai.

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage and optimize our presence across leading OTAs and distribution platforms.

As the key owner of all property listings, you will ensure visibility, competitiveness, and seamless booking experiences across platforms.

Key Roles & Listing & mapping of all properties across OTAs and other distribution platforms.

- Ensuring good online visibility and reputation to optimize OTA revenues.

- Data analysis, planning, and strategizing to ensure maximum occupancy driven from all OTAs.

- Working on a 100% content score and keeping the content updated based on seasonality.

- Handling OTA bookings end to end including escalations if any and follow-ups for reviews from guests.

- Guiding on pricing and discounting basis market and competition analysis.

- Taking complete responsibility and accountability of all properties on all OTA channels and all tasks related to generating revenue from those properties.

Key Requirements & Skills:


- Strong Analytical Skills.

- Proficiency in handling extranet for Airbnb, Booking.com and MMT.

- Experience in using channel manager (Staah/ Axis rooms or similar)

Critical Success Metric:


- Achieving the monthly sales targets from OTA channels.
