Our parent company is an big player in the Australian Energy and Telco industry with its mission to bring cost-effective energy and telecom solutions to our customers through a network of skilled call centers, and we need a seasoned Business Development Manager to help us achieve this goal.
Role Overview:
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and managing outbound call centers across India. Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and partnering with top-performing BPOs to drive Australian energy and telco campaigns. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of BPO operations, outbound call centers, and ideally experience in the Australian energy or telco sector.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and onboard BPO partners to execute outbound campaigns focused on Australian energy and telco services.
•Build strong relationships with BPO management teams, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and standards.
•Drive business growth through successful partnerships and a scalable campaign model.
•Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to call centers to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Key Requirements:
•Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the BPO/outbound call center industry.
•Prior experience working with Australian energy or telco campaigns is a significant advantage.
•Strong understanding of outbound campaign dynamics and KPI-driven environments.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a track record of building successful BPO partnerships.
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote setting.
•Availability to work within flexible hours to accommodate cross-time-zone collaboration with Australian teams.
