Salary (10-12 lakhs per annum + variable )What You’ll Do- Get New Business: Identify fresh opportunities in the rooftop solar market and uncover new verticals for expansion. - Build & Nurture Relationships: Forge strong partnerships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients—your network will be key to our success. - Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with our technical and project teams to design customized solar solutions tailored to client needs. - Lead Generation & Sales: Generate leads through c networking, referrals, and digital marketing—you’ll drive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Close Deals & Drive Revenue: Negotiate contracts, deliver compelling sales proposals, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - Strategic Partnerships: Build long-term relationships with real estate developers, architects, and corporate clients for large-scale rooftop installations. - Marketing Collaboration: Team up with the marketing team to develop campaigns that bring in high-quality leads and create powerful sales messaging. - Customer Success: Ensure post-sale satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and customer loyalty. - Market Expansion: Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to expand our brand presence.What We’re Looking For- Passionate About Solar: You have a strong understanding of rooftop solar system and solar financing models. You understand the market, the technology, and how to position it effectively. - Proven BD Experience: 3-7 years in sales, business development, or project management within the solar or renewable energy sector. - Networker: You have an established network in real estate, commercial, and industrial sectors.
