Job Summary:

In this role, you will collaborate with the Product Team to align program initiatives with strategic goals.

You will work closely with them to prioritize and establish an integrated program view that ensures all initiatives are effectively coordinated and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure alignment of program initiatives with strategic goals.

- Establish an integrated program view to coordinate and execute all initiatives effectively.

- Implement and enforce standardized methodologies for program governance, alignment, assurance, integration, and financial control.

- Ensure consistent application of best practices across all programs and initiatives.

- Lead the estimation, planning, organization, and monitoring of cross-functional team activities.

- Maintain overall control of program schedules, risk management, and delivery commitments.

- Oversee accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial management for each project within the program.

- Ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently and that projects stay within budget.

- Supervise and evaluate the performance of program managers.

- Provide guidance and support to ensure program managers meet their objectives and adhere to program standards.

- Ensure accurate and consolidated reporting of project and program status to Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.

- 6-12 years of experience in program and project management, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted projects.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, financial management, and cross functional team dynamics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
