ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identifying and reaching out to key stakeholders/ clients, generating outbound leads.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals, including setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to achieve those goals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and product/service enhancements.

- Creating a clear sales funnel for the assigned vertical and use cases.

- Provides weekly reports on business development and sales activities, presents quarterly territory reviews and plans for next quarter.

- Track sales performance, provide regular reports to senior leadership, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve revenue targets.

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.

SKILL SET REQUIREMENT

- 10+ years of outbound sales in IT based software products preferably.

- Sales Strategy and Execution: Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Expertise in preparing sales presentations and delivering to top level managers of clients, customers, and prospects.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Graduate/P./M.in Sales/Marketing preferred
