Vice President Operations Healthcare Management

Job Title:
Vice President Operations Healthcare ManagementWe are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee the management of a virtual healthcare centre.
This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multi-functional teams while ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the virtual healthcare centre
- Lead command centre operations and support for doctors, patients, and paramedics
- Audit daily activities to ensure compliance and quality
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, and support teams for smooth delivery
- Lead a team of 10–12 across operations, administration, finance, and human resources
- Mentor, guide, and review team performance
- Encourage professional growth and conduct performance reviews
- Supervise scheduling, office management, and command centre tasks
- Work with finance teams on payments, collections, and reconciliations
- Generate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Ensure payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement are handled smoothly
- Collaborate with senior management on growth and expansion
- Identify process improvements and implement enhancements
- Align operations with organizational goals and compliance
Requirements:
- Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with an operational mindset
- Ability to work across operations, finance, human resources, and administration
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
