Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to lead our PMO function. As a seasoned PMO Lead/QA Manager, you will be responsible for demonstrating expertise in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in QA and at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMi, Six Sigma is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define overall PMO charter to enforce quality standards and procedures
  • Close tracking of MSA/SOW commitments and ensuring strict adherence – financial, contractual, SLAs, penalties
  • Monitoring and analyzing key quality metrics to track product quality and identify areas for improvement

Working closely with delivery teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into the SDLC. Overseeing the planning and execution of peer reviews and project audits to evaluate product quality.

Conducting root cause analysis of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Key Qualifications:

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the PMO function, ensuring all activities align with business goals
  • Perform risk assessments and ensure contractual, quality risks are mitigated throughout SDLC

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and frameworks
  • Proven experience in setting up Quality Assurance/PMO function
