About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "figure it out" mentality to join our fast-moving growth and revenue division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing and team management, particularly within the D2C sector.
Responsibilities:
1.Performance Marketing: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for D2C brands.
2.Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with data analysts to extract actionable insights from user data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
3.Client Collaboration: Work closely with D2C brands to understand their pain points, challenges, and goals in distribution and online presence.
4.Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by effectively selling these tools and solutions to D2C brands, showcasing their value proposition and ROI.
5.Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
1.Experience of 2-3+ years in growth, performance marketing preferably within the D2C sector.
2.Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
3.Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
4.Ability to lead and manage a team, while collaborating cross-functionally with other
departments.
5.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to both internal teams and external clients.
