Job Description: We are seeking a Chief Business Growth Strategist to lead our sales efforts and develop a comprehensive sales strategy for Upwork. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and a strong understanding of Upwork's features and functionalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives focused on Upwork.
  • Develop and maintain strong profiles on Upwork to attract potential clients.
  • Strategize and execute initiatives to convert bids into leads and maintain a conversion rate of over 70%.
  • Directly engage with high-value clients through pre-sales calls to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Upwork, leveraging the platform's features and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success in sales targets and revenue generation.
  • Extensive experience with Upwork, including profile optimization, bidding, proposal writing, and client management.
