Relocation would not be allowed.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Team Lead – Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) to manage and mentor a team of Virtual Relationship Managers handling equity & investment advisory for retail and affluent clients. The role involves driving business performance, guiding the team on client engagement, and ensuring superior customer experience through digital/tele engagement.This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about capital markets, enjoys leading teams, and can drive sales through advisory excellence.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Virtual Relationship Managers handling equity/investment clients through phone, video calls, email, and digital channels. - Drive account activation, brokerage revenue, cross-sell, and client satisfaction targets. - Review team performance metrics and ensure achievement of business KPIs (broking, SIPs, mutual funds, insurance, wealth products). - Support team in resolving escalations and closing high-value investment opportunities. - Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI/Exchange norms and internal audit requirements. - Conduct daily huddles, coaching sessions, and skill-building training for the team. - Monitor client portfolio activity, track market movements, and enable informed advisory calls.Requirements- 3–7+ years of experience in broking / equity advisory / investment product sales. - Prior experience in team handling or mentoring roles is preferred. - Strong knowledge of equity markets, trading platforms & investment products (Equity, MF, SIP, IPO, Derivatives). - Certifications: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) or willingness to obtain. - Excellent communication, analytical and people leadership skills.
