As the Manager of Recruitment & HRBP, you will be a key strategic partner, responsible for both leading the entire talent acquisition function across the group and serving as a dedicated HR Business Partner. You'll play a crucial role in building our workforce and fostering a positive and engaging work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a small team while driving critical HR initiatives that directly impact our business and Acquisition (Recruitment):

- Lead the full-cycle recruitment strategy, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for various roles and departments.

- Manage and mentor a team of two recruitment specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition process.

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Employee Engagement:

- Administer regular engagement surveys, analyze the results to identify key trends and areas for improvement, and present findings to leadership.

- Develop and lead targeted action plans based on survey insights, collaborating with managers to enhance employee satisfaction and morale.

Performance Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle to ensure timely and fair execution.

- Guide managers on performance reviews, goal-setting (specifically SMART goals), and providing effective, constructive feedback.

- Facilitate quarterly performance review discussions, supporting both managers and employees in their growth and development.

- Monitor performance ratings and facilitate calibration sessions to ensure fairness and alignment with compensation policies.

Employee Relations:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, partnering with business leaders to conduct thorough and impartial investigations.

- Resolve complex employee relations issues fairly and promptly, ensuring compliance with both legal and company policies.

Learning & Development Support:

- Collaborate with the L&D team to conduct training needs assessments for employees at all levels, ensuring development initiatives are relevant and impactful.

- Support the creation of individual development plans for employees based on performance reviews and career Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on both talent acquisition and HRBP responsibilities.

- Proven experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.

- Expertise in the full recruitment life cycle and a deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques.

- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing employee engagement and performance management programs.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
