Human Resources Recruiter

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires,The Candidate Must Have Knowledge about NON - IT Profiles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using various channels ,workindia .com , Job hai ,Linkedin social media, networking).
  • Our Job profiles are Sales Manager,Interiors Designers, Textile Designers, CRM,MIS , Business Development Manager, Digital Marketing,Accounts, etc.
  • Conduct interviews and Updating job ads and conducting background checks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Handle the Onboarding and off-Boarding.
  • Keeping process paperwork and Employee Records.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain candidate databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.

  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

2.Proven experience as a recruiter, Retail Industries ,manufacturing Industries

3.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  2. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
