Job Description: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
  • Manage job postings and ensure timely updates on open positions.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Handle onboarding formalities and documentation of selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
