Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Gurugram. The HR Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. The role involves coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and fostering relationships with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. The HR Recruiter will also ensure a positive experience for candidates and contribute to effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and managing job portals
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition techniques
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
