Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts. The role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, utilizing various recruitment channels, and maintaining a database of hiring metrics to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Candidate Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, and Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Proficiency in Interviewing, Screening, and Selection Techniques
  • Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple recruitment pipelines efficiently
  • Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
