About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinate with candidates, and assist in building a strong talent pipeline for various roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Handle follow-ups with candidates for documentation, interview updates, and joining formalities
  • Participate in employer branding and recruitment drives when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed graduation/Post-graduation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment processes
  • Good coordination and multitasking abilities
