Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in managing day-to-day HR operations, supervising HR teams, and overseeing the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR data, reports, and employee records, as well as collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and manage recruitment cycles end-to-end.

In addition, you will plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building initiatives, act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will also develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company goals, evaluate HR practices for compliance with statutory regulations and best practices, and support performance review processes and goal-setting frameworks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational policies, and ability to build trust and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization. Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in core HR functions
  • Experience in leading or mentoring junior HR team members
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms like keka, Excel, and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational policies
  • Able to build trust and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
