Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
- Pitch TTC's services-including brand storytelling, content strategy, lead generation campaigns, digital marketing, and curated corporate events (roundtables, webinars, etc.).
- Develop customized presentations and proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful project execution.
- Track and manage the sales funnel, follow up on leads, and consistently achieve monthly revenue MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop creative solutions and value-driven proposals for clients.
