Our company seeks a dynamic Business Development Associate to market our creative integrated marketing services. The incumbent will undertake business account management responsibilities for the successful delivery of projects, client retention, client growth, and overall profitability of accounts assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients for business development.
  • Work with the strategy team on new client pitches.
  • Owning successful project delivery, client retention, client growth, and overall account profitability.
  • Grow existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling various digital services.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of integrated marketing services, including creative, advertising, digital communications, and performance marketing.

They will also possess strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships easily.

A proactive can-do attitude is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
