The Franchise Business Growth Specialist will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling franchise opportunities to potential clients across India, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of inquiries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell franchise opportunities to potential clients through targeted marketing efforts
  • Educate clients about the benefits of our software, which streamlines pharmacy business management, enhancing efficiency and productivity
  • Foster strong relationships with pharmacy owners, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the team to drive sales, increase market presence, and expand local and national reach
  • Assist pharmacy owners in maximizing customer retention by up to 5X through strategic business growth initiatives
  • Contribute to promoting business offerings through various marketing channels, including online and offline platforms
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Hindi language preferred
