Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily clinical operations of assigned clinics in Mumbai/Thane.
• Supervise and mentor dental teams to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and treatment standards.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through quality treatment and effective communication.
• Support doctors in complex case planning and interdisciplinary consultations.
• Monitor clinical performance, case quality, and treatment outcomes.
• Handle patient escalations and provide appropriate clinical resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and Clove Dental's quality assurance guidelines.
• Coordinate with the management team for clinical audits, training, and performance improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• BDS degree from a recognized dental college.
• 3–6 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
• Valid DCI registration.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning abilities.
• Effective communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multi-clinic operations and drive clinical excellence.
