Customer Experience Specialist

Tesseract Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist whose focus is to ensure clients are trained to understand and work on the Learning Platform, “KREDO” (a SaaS product), having a thorough understanding on how the platform will help in resolving their day-to-day operational, knowledge and business-critical issues.
Job Responsibilities
· Master the KREDO learning platform, its functionalities, and associated dependencies, including roadmap of the platform.
· Engage with the Business Development (BD) Team to solidify the understanding about a new client and their requirements/expectations from the product.
· Be able to individually understand more about the new client and their requirements/expectations.
· Engage with internal product team to sharpen clients’ information, as required.
· Understand the client’s onboarding requirement to plan on trainings, equip clients’ team to build familiarization and expertise and work until sign-off.
· Understand what’s the product’s bug/issue is versus what is a functionality, or an enhancement as requested or intimated by client.
· Assist in retraining and upskilling training, both for clients, all after go-live.
· Assist the CS Team in driving learner engagement and learner experience.

Education & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree holder in BE, BTech, BSc, BCom.
· Any other Bachelor’s Degree (But with a strong verbal communication).
· No work experience but preferably 1-1.5 years would be a plus.

Mandatory: If hired, you must be prepared to start in your new role immediately. The probation period will span six months, during which leave entitlements will be limited to those specified in the company policy, details of which will be shared during the interview. Following this probation period, your performance will be reviewed before making the decision to confirm your permanent employment status.
