Estimated salary: ₹ 650,000 - ₹ 900,000 per year

About the Job

We require a highly organized individual with strong communication skills to manage customer queries efficiently.

The role involves coordinating with customers, internal teams and technicians to ensure smooth resolution of technical issues.

  • Welcome and handle customer calls regarding equipment and software support.
  • Log customer calls in Salesforce and evaluate their urgency level.
  • Update install base and contract information as needed.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers' technical queries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • College graduate or above degree.
  • Experience in a call center environment (a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good comprehension and communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil languages.
