Customer Experience Support Specialist

Lectra is a global leader in the fashion, luxury and apparel industries. We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Support Specialist to join our team.
Estimated salary: ₹ 650,000 - ₹ 900,000 per year
About the JobWe require a highly organized individual with strong communication skills to manage customer queries efficiently.
The role involves coordinating with customers, internal teams and technicians to ensure smooth resolution of technical issues.
- Welcome and handle customer calls regarding equipment and software support.
- Log customer calls in Salesforce and evaluate their urgency level.
- Update install base and contract information as needed.
- Act as a single point of contact for customers' technical queries.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- College graduate or above degree.
- Experience in a call center environment (a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good comprehension and communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil languages.
