- Looking for a senior-level professional dynamic marketing head, who oversees all marketing activities within an organization.
- Be responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels, marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.
- Ideal resource will lead and directs the marketing department, including digital marketing, advertising, communications, and creative teams.
- Develop marketing plans, allocate resources, and set short-term and long-term goals. Analyse consumer behaviour, identify market opportunities, and design branding strategies. Also coordinate sales and marketing efforts and participate in company planning. Ultimately, role is to drive brand awareness, enhance profitability, and achieve marketing objectives.
- As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department. A talented marketing strategist who can inspire team members and drive success. In this role, you will lead us to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Set, monitor and report on team goals.
- Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
- Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
- Driving of strategies for successful IPO and skills
- Work experience as Head of Marketing.
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Analytical mind.
- MBA Marketing or relevant field.
- An IPO background professional who works with the company seeking to go public, helping them navigate the process.
