Position Title Manager Corporate Communications Location Gurugram Haryana Role Purpose The Manager Corporate Communications will be responsible for strengthening the airline s brand reputation through effective storytelling media engagement and proactive communication strategies The role will manage both external and internal communications handle high-pressure situations and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms The position requires strong aviation industry understanding quick decision-making and excellent media handling skills Key Responsibilities Reputation Media Management Build strong media relationships draft and release official communications monitor coverage for accuracy and manage queries with timely fact-based responses Crisis Communication Lead communication during disruptions draft holding statements coordinate updates activate ERP protocols and manage post-crisis reporting Strategic Communication Campaigns Plan and execute PR initiatives support employer branding and collaborate across teams to amplify positive brand stories Monitoring Reporting Track coverage and sentiment using monitoring tools prepare regular reports with insights and maintain a repository of approved communication templates Stakeholder Coordination Partner with leadership and operations to manage communication risks secure approvals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Mass Communication Journalism Public Relations or related field Master s preferred 7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications PR journalism preferably in aviation airlines airports or OTAs Strong understanding of aviation sector regulations crisis communication and operational sensitivities Proven track record in media relations crisis management and PR campaign execution Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in media monitoring tools Meltwater Talkwalker Cision etc and content management systems Note Aviation Indeed does not charge any fees for interviews or recruitment from candidates Report any fraudulent incident to info aviationindeed com
