Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Acquisition Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, conducting market research to understand client needs, and developing strategies to attract new business. Daily tasks include building a strong pipe line of potential clients, analyzing market trends, managing lead generation and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach in reaching out to prospective clients and building strong professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar company or in Real Estate Sales.
  2. MBA/PGDM/B>E/B. Tech
  3. Should have worked in the Bangalore market for the last 1 year

Other requirements:

  • Strong lead generation skills using inline and off line techniques
  • Demonstrated success in business development and sales
  • Strong Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and client needs assessment
  • Experience in Client Acquisition and effective Communication skills
  • Proficiency in consultative sales and client advisory
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. BE/B.tech Civil is preferred
  • Previous experience in the architectural or construction industry is a plus
  • Must be prepared for an aptitude test and hiring assignment
