Job Title: Commercial Property Acquisitions Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Property Sourcing and Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to source new commercial property opportunities, focusing on market trends, client preferences, and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, brokers, developers, and consultants.
  • Conduct thorough site visits, market analysis, and due diligence to assess the viability of potential acquisitions.
Market Research and Analysis
  • Stay up-to-date on commercial real estate market trends, zoning regulations, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks in various locations.
Negotiation and Deal Structuring
  • Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners and developers.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure deals that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Ensure timely closure of deals while optimizing costs and maximizing potential returns.
Sales Support and Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and sourcing requirements.
  • Ensure sourced properties align with customer demand, market trends, and company objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team on new acquisitions and market developments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate sourcing, sales, or property acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
