Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading the distribution of investment products, including portfolio management services and alternative investment funds. The ideal candidate will have experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and team leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Growth:
    • Drive business development by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
    • Promote and sell investment products to high net worth individuals and institutions.
    • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the business, leveraging industry contacts and market intelligence.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service across all touchpoints.
    • Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries and concerns.
    • Cross-sell financial products to existing clients, maximizing business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead a high-performing team of relationship managers, client servicing professionals, and other staff members.
    • Foster a collaborative team culture, ensuring each member delivers exceptional service.
    • Recruit, onboard, and develop additional team members to expand the business.
  • Investment Product Expertise:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of various financial products and be able to communicate their features and benefits effectively.
    • Stay updated with developments in the stock market, including trading strategies and regulatory changes.
    • Have hands-on experience with stock market trading and leverage this knowledge to guide clients in structuring their investment portfolios.
  • Performance Metrics & Compliance:
    • Set and achieve sales targets for bringing in new business and expanding existing client portfolios.
    • Track and report sales performance, client acquisition, and retention metrics.
    • Evaluate market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
