Agency Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed business targets.

- Identify opportunities for revenue generation through market research and relationship building.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to define sales goals and track progress against these objectives.

Pipeline Management:

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting of business closures and revenue.

- Identify prospective publishers, onboard them effectively, and nurture these relationships for long-term growth.

Relationship Management:

- Conduct impactful presentations and establish strong relationships with clients and publishers.

- Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and sustained partnerships.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their needs and fostering loyalty.

Process Improvement and Strategy Development:

- Analyze current sales processes and develop strategies for improvement.

- Implement innovative approaches to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Account Growth and Opportunity Exploration:

- Strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and delivering tailored solutions.

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience managing long and complex sales cycles.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders.
