What we want:

We are seeking a dynamic and sales driven media sales professional for International (Multicultural) Business to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and achieving business targets with a primary focus on increasing revenues. You will identify and onboard prospective Agencies, clients and manage a robust sales pipeline, and develop long-term strategies for process improvement.

What you will do:

•Plan, strategize, and achieve business targets with a focus on increasing revenues.

•Identify prospective publishers and onboard them.

•Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rates and revenue.

•Conduct presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts.

•Develop long-term strategies for process improvement.

•Grow existing relationships and explore new opportunities.


Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in managing International (Multicultural) Business with long and complex sales cycles while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.

•Strong team player with a go-getter mindset.

•Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

•Robust analytical skill set.

•Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.

•Strong first-principles thinking, high intellectual curiosity, drive, and persuasive skills.

•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting and managing deadlines.
