Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR & Ops Associate to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR administration, and operations activities. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a fast-paced environment.The candidate should be ambitious, result oriented with great attention to details.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify areas for improvement..
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and preparing HR documents.
  • Support day-to-day operations including office management, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.


Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR administration preferably in a SaaS startup.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.



Good to have:

  • Worked at a Tech Startup into HR Administration / Operations.
  • Recruitment experience at a recruitment agency.
