About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our people strategy. You'll play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and shaping our company culture. Responsibilities:
1.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead the recruitment process for all roles, from initial screening to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the digital media and sports industries.
- Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture.
2.Employee Development & Engagement:
- Implement and manage performance management systems, including performance reviews and development plans.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and activities.
3.Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
4.HR Operations & Administration:
- Oversee all aspects of HR administration, including payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
5.Culture & Communication:
- Proactively build and maintain a strong company culture that aligns with our values and goals.
- Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to all employees.
6,Strategic HR Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company's growth and goals.
- Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in a HR leadership role, ideally within the digital media or sports industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
- Passion for the sports industry and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape.
